"An Investment in Character"
It is through caring "Friends of Scouting" that the Gulf Stream Council is able to fulfill its mission to bring Scouting to the seven counties here in southeastern Florida: Indian River, St Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Okeechobee, Glades and Hendry.
Each year the Gulf Stream Council must raise approximately $100 per Scout to stay in operation. These dollars are in addition to what the unit raises to carry on the program and activities for their Scouts.
